About the Crystal Lake Club Home Owners' Association
| Home Owners' Membership Dues: | $15 per year (Must be on title to qualify) |

| Social Membership (non-voting) Dues: | $15 per year (Open to spouses NOT on title, and renters) |
| Late Fees: | $7.50 after January 31st, unless new to the park |
Please support your HOA by joining and by volunteering for and attending functions. The Home Owners Association is responsible for organizing the majority of the activities at Crystal Lake Club, including dances, dinners and other special events during the year. In addition, the following activities are funded by dues paid to the HOA - without your dues and your help, these would not be possible.
